Based on Article 343 (b) & (c) of the IRR of RA No. 7160, the other fifty percent
(50%) of the tax paid under protest for CYs 2013 to 2018 was distributed in accordance with
the provisions on the distribution of proceeds. The shares of the Municipality for CY 2013 to
CY 2018 were recorded as Prior Period Adjustment and Real Property Tax-Basic/Special
Education Tax, respectively.
