3.9 Further verification disclosed that the farm-to-market roads in Barangays Tacpao
and Imelda were originally implemented under the Trust Fund using the Local
Government Support Fund - Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF –
SBDP). However, due to its non-completion as of December 31, 2023, the
unexpended balance of the fund was returned to the Bureau of Treasury on January
16, 2024.
