The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Dennis G. Lozada, a former Technical Specialist of the National Agribusiness Corporation (NABCOR), and affirmed his conviction for violating Section 3(e) of Republic Act No. 3019 (Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act).
