The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 9 of 14 examinees passed the Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in NCR, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu. The written examination was held on September 8, 2026, and the revalida on October 5 to 7, 2026.
PRC released the results on 08 October 2026, 1 working day after the examination.

Registration and oath-taking
Registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be done online starting November 16, 2026. PRC advises successful examinees to visit its website and follow the instructions for registration, and to bring a screenshot of the system-generated registration form and a valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
PRC said the date and venue of the oath-taking ceremony will be announced later.
