Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
PAGASA also issued wind and sea condition advisories for maritime areas. Luzon seas are forecast to have moderate to rough coastal waters, with Southwest winds at moderate to strong intensity. Visayas coastal waters are similarly expected to be moderate to rough under Southwest winds. The rest of the country may experience slight to moderate sea conditions with Southwest winds up to moderate strength.
